WE ARE MAKING STORAGE SOLUTIONS EVEN SMARTER!
Since the turn of the year 2021/2022 Green Storage and 24Storage have been owned by the same corporation and it has been decided that the brand going forward will be Green Storage. All Storage facilities will be updated with Green Storage signage and smart digital locks that will simplify everyday life with storage for our customers.
Information about how you can reach your storage unit after the update of the access system can be found below.
The update will be completed in 2 stages.
- STAGE 1. The entrance system will be updated to a digital solution accessed via our App.
- STAGE 2. Your storage unit will be updated with the same digital system in the beginning of 2023. More information about when your specific unit will be updated will be sent to you ahead of time. Click here to read more.

Step 1. Verify your information
Your facility will be updated with a new access system. Once this has been done you will receive an email asking you to log in with bank ID and verify your contact and payment details.
Step 2. Download the new App
After you have completed step 1 you can download the new app here. Enter your phone number in the app to activate your account and gain access to the facility.
Step 3. Welcome to the facility
Now you can easily access the facility using the app, Green Storage Access by Nokê. Don’t forget to turn on Bluetooth on your phone next time you visit the facility to use the app.
STAGE 1. WE UPDATE THE ACCESS SYSTEM
Shortly we will begin the update of the access system on the entrance doors to the facility. You will be informed via email when this happens and what you need to do to access the facility.
To log in to the app you will need to verify your information in step 1.
STAGE 2. WE UPDATE THE LOCKS ON YOUR STORAGE UNIT
In the beginning of 2023, we will update the locks on all the individual storage units to digital locks that you open with the same app as the entrance system. You will not need to attend, it will be executed by 2 duly qualified technicians and filmed for your safety.
Do I need a BankId?
Yes, you need a bankid to rent a storage after the update.
Do I need a smartphone to rent a storage?
Yes, you will need a smartphone to download the app and to access the facility.
How do I pay the rent?
Green Storage Storage only accept direct debit payment by card. If you are renting as a business, you can choose to pay by invoice. As a previous 24storage customer you can choose between paying by direct debit or by invoice when transferring your account.
